Updated Decor
The less public areas upstairs have been updated slightly in the past decade but are in need of a “refresh” to ensure they all look as modern and updated as the public areas. The projects noted below will help us accomplish that goal:
- Upstairs TV Room update with various furniture and accessories: $17,000
- Dining Room updates to include new lighting, ceiling material, window
treatments and design touches: $29,000 - Guest Suite (former copy/sewing room) & Bathroom updates with new furniture, accessories and shower/plumbing repairs: $11,000
- House Mother’s Apartment update with new furniture and accessories: $26,000
- Chapter Room repurposed into a much needed Study Room to accommodate the growing Chapter, as Chapter size has grown too large to meet in the Chapter Room: $75,000*
*This project was completed in Summer 2019 due to critical need for study space.
