Renovation Update
Updated Student Rooms
The 22 bedrooms upstairs are very similar to what many of us would remember from decades ago. Over time, any available funds were targeted to remodel the public areas downstairs to enhance Recruitment competitiveness, leaving little left for updates to these bedrooms over the past decade.
Improved Street Appeal
The exterior of the house is in need of renovations to enhance the street appeal. Given the historic nature of our House and the sentimental attachment we all have to the New Orleans style of the House, the exterior itself will remain mostly unchanged. The courtyard area and outdoor space will be updated to freshen up the overall look and blend in seamlessly with the facade.
Updated Decor
The less public areas upstairs have been updated slightly in the past decade but are in need of a “refresh” to ensure they all look as modern and updated as the public areas.
